Please ensure you are using a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and the password is correct. Keep the camera close to the router and reset the device before pairing again.
Check if the SIM card is activated, supports 4G bands in your region, and has no PIN lock. Restart the camera after inserting the SIM card.
Make sure the solar panel faces direct sunlight without obstruction. Install at a 45° angle toward the sun. Use a power bank for charging on rainy days.
Clean the lens and check whether the IR or white LEDs are working. Try switching the night mode manually in the app.
Use a Class 10 or higher TF card (up to 128GB). Format the card in FAT32 and reboot the camera after inserting it.
Yes. Download the iCam365 app, register an account, and bind your device to watch live view, playback, and use two-way audio remotely.
Please reset the camera (hold the reset button for 5 seconds until you hear a prompt). Make sure your phone is connected to the same 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
Enable notification permissions in your phone settings. Ensure motion detection or human detection is enabled in the app.
Make sure you are using a standard E27 socket and it is powered. Try changing to another socket for testing.
